My snakes :)

I thought I'd show some pictures of my snakes! This is my Okeetee Corn Snake that Cameron got for me for Christmas and it's my favorite! He also took these very professional pictures! haha





Here is my Miami Corn Snake which Cameron actually won for me at a reptile expo!



Here is my Trans-Pecos Rat Snake! It's really cute.

That trans pecos rats eyes is crazy. Nice looking snakes.

Thanks! I always say she/he's bug-eyed but it makes Pearl (thats it's name) look cute!

It is funny that in one way or another I have gotten you each of those snakes! lol

You could always get a bp. I know someone that sells baby normals for 15 to 20 bucks.

Yeah, I would, but my parents won't let me have anymore. Between Cameron and I, we have 10 snakes, 4 lizards, a tarantula, and an emperor scorpion, so in their opinion we have enough! haha

Ya my parents would only let me keep one snake. So I know how that goes. Now I have the fever and I want to have tons of snakes.

Yeah, I don't want like A BUNCH but I'd like to have a few to breed maybe. Hopefully someday Cameron and I can have like a breeding company or something.

i think if we all came together and threw everything we had in together I think we'd have the beginnings of a pretty amazing company. Maybe we should all list our inventory and then someone has business smarts throw a business model together and get us a business loan and rent a location for all of us to bring our snakes to. The loan would cover overhead and everything (food heat -everything) for the next three-five years. =) One of them crazy ideas i have.. I have a lot of them. LOL

If I didn't know better I'd swear you'd put fake eyes or photoshopped that Trans Pecos..LOL!!! Maybe hes related to the g-Force members...or ate one! LOL Cute as all get out!

Yeah, that would be awesome! I don't know how all of that would work but yeah, that sounds like a good idea. My Trans pecos is very nice and calm and tame! If I hold her (I don't really know the sex but I'll just call her a girl!) she just stays curled up in my hand and flicks her pretty pink tongue. She's slow moving and curious and I really like her. She wouldn't be one to breed though because she has a deformity. Her back has random bumps/curves all along the spine. It's not really noticeable but it wouldn't be good to pass on. Shes really cool though. Sorry it took me so long to reply!

I found this interesting so I thought I'd share it.

One author wrote of the Trans Pecos Rat Snake's disposition: "It would not bite, even if you bit it first."

It's kind of funny though because it did get scared one of the first times I got it out and it did bite me but of coarse it didn't hurt much. Since then its been fine though.

Yeah, Lydia's Trans Pecos is a great snake! It is a great feeder (never refuses to eat), is very very docile, and it is just flat out cute and pretty!

Thanks! I like it too, although it had brighter colors when it was younger, but it's still pretty.
