Now that they have updated the cages with newer stronger plastics, I was wondering if anyone has used them? Will they work for keeping multiple ball pyhtons in a rack or shelf system? And are they easy to heat with dome fixtures resting on the screen tops, since the top slants downwards from the front edge? Or are they easier to heat with a UTH or flex watt system? I really like the price of them vs. vision cages or showcase cages, or even boaphile cages, but if they won't work very good I will get something else. Any input would be great.

Neos are AWESOME!!!!!!!!

Great for all types of pythons. best way to head is via heat tape, but can also use radiant heat panels. the 24" & 36" are awesome for BP's. They are easy to clean (all rounded corners, NIIIIICE!!!).

Can't go wrong with a Neo. Watch CL and you will occassionaly see them (visions) pop up for sale, for really really good prices.

Pat, do you think the 24" would give enough floor space for a single ball python, or would the 36" be better?

A lot of people will keep adult BP's in a 24". BUUUUUUT, your BP has some size on it. I would go with the 36".

My recommendations for BP's & Neos would be. Males 24" & Females 36".

Thanks, Pat. Monty is already used to a 40 gal breeder, so he will get a 36" neo if I go that route.
