Maybe I could talk my RA into letting me have a small vivarium with dart frogs in my dorm room!

Yes. They are awesome! I just have some D. auratus right now, but I hope to get a lot more in the future.

I have a small .....hobby sized collection. A trio of S. Cobalt tincs./ trio of Azureas/ 5 Leucomelas/ and a trio of Matechos. I have had my Cobalts for a little over 2 years but the rest are fairly new. Right now I have my first eggs. I don't want to do a lot of breeding though. But I do want to have a few, just to go through it......and if I can get conditions right, see if there can be a successful raising of tadpoles in the viv. And I feel there is always room to expand and get others. You have quite a collection, that's great! I am pretty much a beginner.

It is a very rewarding hobby and you will probably find yourself getting more and more addicted the further it plays out. (Look at what happened to me!) :-)

all these pics and threads of dart frogs has got me wanting some....WHAT HAVE YOU PEOPLE DONE TO ME! Plus, there is a breeder here in Norman (toxicfrogaddiction) ??!! I see some darts in my future....
