A Few Kentucky Herps
I hit the field with some herping friends over Labor Day weekend.....
Cumberland River

Midland Water Snake

Safety first
Sunday evening rain brought out some amphibians...
American Toad
S. Leopard Frog
Green Frog
Looking forward to next time!

Update
The early fall weather has most snakes feeding, preparing to shed, and hanging around metal.
The Marbled Salamanders are preparing to pass on their genes too.

This guy had a swollen cloaca
Rat Snake....aka Chicken Snake

Black King I tin flipped
Eastern/Red intergrade Milk Snake
A distiguished Kentucky herping crew
