A new Frogger is born..........

Well, I have been debating getting into a few amphibians for a while now, I have decided to start with Tree Frogs. This past Saturday I stumbled across a nice ZooMed 12x12x18 for a reasonable price and bought it. Well not 5 minutes later my wonderful gf sent me a text message sayin her father had caught a frog at his butcher shop (yeah I know, a gf who's dad is a butcher.... DON'T MAKE HIM MAD). Low and behold it was a beautiful Gray Tree Frog. I promptly got home and set up the terrarium for the frog.

I am using damp sphagnum for substrate. I put 2 pieces of dead Oak Tree limbs in an "X" form and then put in a section of green leafed Oak Tree limb for some color.

I really like the setup. I am becoming addicted to frogs and salamanders recently as well. They are really neat critters.

Yippee! Another frogger in the group. I really like grey tree frogs. They are fun to find, kind of a "Where's Waldo" sort of game.
