Gray Treefrog
Posting this here since it wasn't actually "in the field".
A little Gray Treefrog just made my afternoon.
Went out to water the plants on the patio and there
was a Gray Treefrog (this one was green) resting in
one of my agaves.
He/she sure knows where to rest during the day and
not be bothered by predators or herpers.

Re: Gray Treefrog
That's awesome Larry. That is a good sign that the herps are starting to get active with the warm weather too. My wife found one of those one time when we visited a friends house in Edmond. She went to use their bathroom close to the garage and lifted the toilet seat and there it sat. It was on the seat and was wet, so it had just jumped in for a swim. Our friend says he gets them in the house all the time. They sneak in from his wooded lot that he lives on.
