Collared Lizards Empty Collared Lizards

Took another drive over the Draper Lake dam, with my better half, to count Collared Lizards.
15 this time, including 4 very large, very colorful males.

I havent seen a collared lizszard in the wild since i was 5. Where are some good places to find them?
