Snapper... Empty Snapper...

Just got a chance to post this. About two weeks ago, we caught this guy trying to cross 102 in Shawnee when we were on our to our horse. Typical...he tried to bite the hand trying to help him! LOL It was amazing to watch him jump up at my husband about 2 feet in the air!!! This was our first real experience with a snapper. We eventually got him off the road~in the direction he was heading~Shawnee Twin Lakes~ and when we came back by he was nowhere to be found so assumed he found his way to the water. Cute but feisty!
