that should work, does it say the temperature range on it?

yeah I've no idea what that means either lol
hmmm i still think it should be fine but might try to find one that's labeled with a temperature range just to be on the safe side

Pretty much any foil tape will be more than adequate for attaching heat tape. As long as you plan on keeping your animals under 200 degrees, it will work fine!!!!!!!!!!
