Tort Breeder? Empty Tort Breeder?

My Uncle-in law sold his pair of Sulcatas a gentlemen in the OKC area. He advised the guy is starting up breeding projects for many different type of torts. wondering if any one has heard of the gentlemen? Also my uncle-in law's boss has a CITIES permint and apparently has Albadra(sp). I'm going to give him some flyers to give to his boss/tort buyer,hopefully they'll be interested in joining up.
